Role is fairly technical and while I have a great technical understanding and acumen of knowledge, it's fast-paced (borderline slave pace) with zero training, spotty support from management (you got this, right?) and then random "come to jesus" moments show up on my calendar.

Latest one I have to rearrange next week's travel for. Have a feeling I'm gonna get kicked to the curb 3 mos in for not "getting it".

Am I this crappy or a rep? Feels like I am living in another dimension.

For me I went from being a wholesaler of investments to a financial advisor. I wasn't cut out to be a wholesaler and it showed. All the wholesalers would talk about how difficult it was to be an advisor and how many of them have tried but failed. It's like second nature to me and I absolutely love it and I've been able to find some massive success. Just find your niche and what makes you tick.

What you should do when dealing with a very toxic worker that keep on sending passive aggressive messages to you as well as in group chat and email.
Things like when you answer his question he respond: I know that
Or when he keeps on saying my change requests were just minor in group meeting but actually not.
And keep on saying how hard he works when he clearly wasn’t and already underperformed compared to an intern level.

How to not let this toxic co-worker not poison me any further?

My company blames my generation for not being able to hire everyday. “You guys don’t want to work” coming from some overweight, racist, old coaster.
