If you're good with the salary/benefits/time commitment, I say go for it. Clerk or staff attorney might be a softer more manageable re-entry
Go for it but I suspect it'll be hard. Depends on area/need.

Some companies have parent / caregiver re-entry programs for people who were out of the workplace. Maybe something else to investigate.

It’s totally possible. Check out the OnRamp Fellowship by Diversity Lab and other returnship programs.
Also consider volunteering or part-time work at a prosecutor’s office. You can get hired after working and developing networks there.
