I urge all the members of this group to maintain basic ethics and respect towards each other and also towards the Reliance employees. One user has recently commented shamelessly targeting female employees and females in general. This is not at all acceptable. We all are well educated and sensible..if someone is so much insensitive and then the person should never join the group of well educated and responsible workforce.

How do I leave my role as someone on the talent team. I am on a small recruitment team of only a few people, who connect daily. I am also responsible for sending out updates tracking new hires and upcoming leavers (aka I would be on this list if i decide to leave). If I am looking to leave my company, considering all of these things, how do I do it in the least awkward, most professional way possible?
