I want to be supportive of people in their careers, but including these in your LinkedIn profile title is ridiculous:

MPH, PMP, ITIL, SDLC, Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Myers Briggs score

Put it in the details, not in your title.

Many of these are to attract the attention of automated filters used by search software used by recruiters. More things you have in your title higher the chances of coming up in the front page of search results

like

D3 - Full scans do, quick scans don't.
I don't write anything on my title other than the actual title plus the practice I am in and get a lot of inmails for accounting, tax, valuation type roles that I am not into.
It doesn't need to be too many keywords into the title, but the primary reason you hope to spark some interest in a recruiter.

If people are going to put MBA, MHA, or any other masters than what's wrong with MPH? Not sure why you singled out that one lol

And anyone who puts "visionary leader" on LinkedIn deserves a slap on the head also.

PMP and ITIL sounds like good cert to put on your name..agree with others though

There are a large number of companies who have leadership who were around 2005 and they do not hire project managers without a PMP. It’s been the standard for a long time and because part of it is getting your time of experience validated that’s an extra benefit for many
