Ok at least from BCG perspective, if you don't make it past first round it's rare you get invited to interview again. Usually we allow people to interview in a following year if they got to decision round. Not getting through first round means something key was missing - so you'd need a compelling reason to get another shot

Why were you unsuccessful? That's a start - you want to show you've progressed in that part and that gap is now filled!
Haha honestly, I thought the interview went fine, kind of surprised I wasn't moved to the second round. The recruiter never reached out to me again after several attempts of me reaching out to her.
Maybe work on your level of self awareness, OP. Obviously the interview didn't go fine, so what was the issue? It's not likely they'll tell you so try to figure it out.

There could've been a myriad of reasons for her not reaching out not related to your interview performance. Is this guy you want to reach out to in HR or an Associate/Manager?

Have not been in contact. He was I assume a manager level or above.

You could also consider applying for a different division, eg McK digital whatever it is called. They are hiring a lot right now.
