Map out 2 alternative life plans - one where you stay at Deloitte and one where you jump to "no name company". Do a 5 yr look ahead and take a guess at what that might look like in each option. Compare both options to your life view (what matters to you in life) and workview (what is work to you and why do you do it), make a decision based on your gut, and then let it go.
This is smart. Look up the wheel of life for comparing work/life priorities too.

Only you can answer that question tbh

At this stage in your career, the brand name companies on your resume shouldn’t matter as much your accomplishments in the companies you’ve worked for.
Brands will always matter, given there are always people who can do both (frame a big impact at a big brand). Anyone can call themselves a CEO & drive a 30% increase in REV. You put a credible brand to that statement & no-one doubts it happened or questions “how significant”.
You can do better. Try for a better exit. If you’re a high performer you can get a big bump to a brand name company.

Part of the issue is our jobs are so much of our identity in consulting. Does local no name company give you what you need in your life?
Always remember that once you start jumping companies, specially as you leave consulting the path to grow becomes harder (consultants grow every year), hence you will find yourself in a viciously cycle of "I'm too good I should be somewhere else" don't get me wrong, this is not bad, is actually a good career path... but at some point you will have to assess your career and think where would you be in 5 years and think that if you want to break into High profile roles (senior executive) roles you will need to demonstrate that you can progress and add value to the business, and that is not about jumping.
