I was laid off a job and I was looking for a new role. A recruiter that owns his own recruiting firm reached out and we spoke a few times. I sent him my resume and he referred me to a client of his and I went through one interview after the screening call and then I heard nothing from both the company and the recruiter after reaching out several times. Months later he messages me because he found “the perfect role” and he calls me on my cell phone randomly. I always ignore him. So unprofessional
