Exercise: light cardio (walking 45 minimum)
Exercise: weight resistance (45 minimum)
Do not do high intensity workouts, a lot of jumping very bad for people just starting out /age. Get the same results with controlled sets and reps
Exercise: minimum 3 a week.
Diet: cut calories from drinks. Water/sparkling for kick. Cut dressings. Cut corn/sunflower/fat oils.
Diet: stop eating after set dinner time.
Diet: multivitamin a day
Diet: more protein / fiber (oatmeal) in the morning. People tend to eat empty carbs that won’t last long. Encourages better cholesterol readings.
Motivation: not sure how old/young you are, but can reverse if done right and consistently you do not want to surrender to meds right away.

Bloodwork: stay up on blood work, the best indicator you are making progress.

I recently got diagnosed with ADHD. I'm 31 and found this only because b school and post mba consulting job was/is much more challenging than anything I did before. What I'm confused about is that even as a teenager I could read entire books overnight. But the last two years of high school I started selectively zoning out and the problem has become worse since. I just realised it now. My doctor has suggested treating depression (I was also unaware of this) with Wellbutrin first (contd)
