I went through three interviews for a Creative Overall Producer role at an advertising agency. They said I was a perfect fit, would lead my own unit, and advised me to focus on this opportunity instead of others. However, it's been over two months with no formal update. HR only says the project hasn’t started and offers no timeline. I even declined another offer, which has since been filled. I'm left feeling uncertain and frustrated by the lack of communication.

I have successfully cleared the Skill 1 and Skill 2 interview rounds and was now expecting that the next would be the HR round.
I have been mailed that there is there is a third round before the HR round that is going to conducted the next week.
Skill 1: Pure Technical
Skill 2: Semi Technical + Managerial

What you I be expecting in this third round?
