I would like to stay at EY for a total of 2 years and then get a lax remote job that allows my bf and I to travel Europe. I truly wish I could work internationally and stay with EY, but I also think I would enjoy the experience more if I was working a job that’s max 40 hours a week and very chill. Does anyone have any suggestions? I’ll have my CPA by the time I leave (I’m in my first year rn). Bf is an attorney and looking for a lax job as well for the year. Thank you everyone <3

I've been almost 3 years in my previous company and never have I ever tasted any raise from them. I got transferred to different accounts and LOB it was so exhausting and finally when I decided to leave and send my resignation my Supervisor be like "you know you should be thankful of your job" To be honest the job was very stressful and supervisor at some point is somehow toxic but thankful I get to take my leave.
