It seems like the coaches available through Management Consulted, Prep Lounge, My Consulting Coach, etc. have coaching services available for traditional case interviews but not sure if there is another platform specific for tech cases.

CTR, contracts and department overhaul

our marketing dept is undergoing a complete overhaul. under old leadership, a $75k 12-mo contract was signed to a marketing group that handles our SEO, blog and everything Google Ads. All things I can and am in training to do. Current CTRs on G ads seem pitiful at no more than 0.75%. My meta ads coast around 4-6%. During this overhaul, would it be wise to not renew our contract, and negotiate for me to take over these roles and leverage a raise?

I have got confirmation from CBA that I am selected and all the documents are submitted. On the website, my application status is showing as an offer. When can I expect the release of an offer letter. HR told me 3 days back he will be sending it by the EOD or next day but he is not responding after that..

I’m having the hardest time finding a new job. I have 12 years of HR experience, a masters in HR, SHRM certification, and all I keep getting are rejection emails. For those who moved from a client serving role to an internal role in public accounting while at a fairly high level (experienced manager or senior manager), did you take a pay cut or does your pay stay flat when you transition with minimal increases in subsequent years? Currently I am working in TCS Kolkata with 6.8lpa, technology - Exchange 2010 (which is already out of support from Microsoft).
I got an offer from Infosys Bhubaneswar with 9.3lpa, technology: Office 365.
My hometown is Kolkata.
Hybrid model is okay for me if it is Bhubaneswar as my in-laws won't allow me to move to a different city. Problem is opportunities are very less in Kolkata and TCS won't hire ex- employees. Should I switch to Infosys or stay back in TCS..
