If I have got offer from PwC AC, shall I go through recruitment process for Accenture as I have been contacted by HR? I have 2.5YOE.

I have been interviewed by Deloitte and IBM, in both the companies after interviews at salary discussion.. Deloitte didn't offer more than my current and IBM said they are looking for more experienced person who could lead the team as well.

I'm asking this question because it takes efforts to go through the process and later not being offered due to experience

But one peculiar thing is happening. I have appeared for 4 Cognizant interviews but in all I have been rejected. Whereas most of my friends had easily cleared Cognizant. I am switching tech, so I am a bit concerned like whether my knowledge is too shallow😐

Present Package - 19.5L (fixed)
Variable - 10-15% (Would be pro rated to 8months)
Joining bonus - 1L
Not sure about variable payout but will have to let go off the joining bonus and hike for sure.

Hi guys, After CAF completion by last week, yesterday I received a call from the HR for the second round of evaluation. So, I attended it yesterday and performed well by answering 90-95% of the questions. Even the interviewer gave good comments on my performance.
