What are you basing that on?
If you are a Senior in Big 4, even if a seasonal, I’m 99% sure you’re an exempt employee.
Are you a w2 employee or a contractor?
Then look up the rules and see if you qualify. I would assume you don’t
You qualify to claim the amount of premium you are required to be paid under the FLSA — regardless of what your employer decides to pay you or what state law says.
You would need to determine whether you are actually required to receive overtime pay per the applicable statute. You should be able to read the law.

I had 2 seasonal jobs last year. One in the winter and other in summer. One employer put OT on W2 and the other did not. For the one that did not I will use OT on pay stub and calculate. Most CPA firms I worked in past did not pay seasonal employees OT but where I worked last year they did.

The confusion lies in whether you are exempt or non-exempt. Not all hourly employees are non-exempt.
