I think a startup background is a better segway into Big Tech! Big banking is still behind in terms of techonlogical advancement
I'd agree that Cap1 probably has better growth/development opportunities.
Hmmm I mean there is definitely going to be more stability in banking vs startup, so that's a tough one. Have you had any opps come your way from either?
I would probably go with banking since there's more teams to explore/opps to grow that you can parlay into big tech and startups. There is benefit to getting a wide range of exposure that'll serve you well in big tech as well so it's worth exploring
I suppose it depends on how much experience/training you already have. If you're a newbie, then a larger, more established company would probably make more sense. If you've already got some exp, a startup could be a possibility.
