I have received offer from Shell and SAP labs is in final stage salary discussion. Shell is offering 6 lacs more than @SAP labs. I have tried to negotiate a lot from SAP but they are not ready. They are putting conditions like give your full commitment to join then only we'll release offer letter. I am currently looking for work life balance with growth. Should I join @SAP considering its a Product based and good WLB and learning? Teck Stack - Java/Micro-services/cloud YOE - 11yrs

It's happened to me twice. In the moment it sucked but I stuck it out and both moves actually were good fits for me. Sometimes we don't always know what we need or want. Sometimes life happens and shows us what we need and could have never imagined wanting ..but now you do.
I'd suggest not stressing out ahead of time. If it happens embrace the new/awkward transition with an open mind...it just might surprise you
I might be skeptical or wary. But I think I'd take a wait and see attitude. I've had changes in my career I didn't choose, but they've turned out pretty well. So I'm aware that things that don't seem optimal at first can be fine in the end.
Give it a go! If the new role aligns with your skills and interests, it might be worth staying. If it feels off, exploring other opportunities could be a better move.

Yes I would at least give it a try.
Depends. As long as it doesn't interfere with my overall goal of going back to school, then fine.
Yes. This happened to me once. I was with a company for over 10 years, working as a transcriptionist. My department was phased out due to new technology. I asked to become an Admin Asssistant as I was already somewhat familiar with the tasks associated with this position and was able to transition and even got a small raise out of it. I wanted to stay with the company as it grew and the benefits were nice too.
