I’m 3 months into a my first job as an entry level Business analyst with high data focus at a big investment bank but contracted by a consulting firm. I don’t come from a tech/finance background so I was promised training. I don’t feel like I’m don’t feel like I’m learning anything though and everything is so slow placed I feel more like an intern given small tasks. my manager is also new to tech so I don’t know who to look for as a mentor… any advice pls ?

On his website it looks like each module has a 4-day virtual class which I wouldn't be able to attend due to working full time. I have been in my current job for 1 year now as a booking coordinator for a logistics company. When I started I had no idea of what my workload would be, now I noticed that my coworkers took the opportunity to pass most of their job to me. I've applied to a couple Data engineer positions but it seems I don't have the qualifications for them.
