Hello people, how common is a Amazon to PWC move ?
I’m interviewing for a Senior Associate role and TC seems to be more competitive than role in L5.
TC $114k- Base AMZ- $73k +$38kstocks ( vesting 17k$ due next year)
TC $135k Base PWC -$81$ + Bonuses ( 50k$)
Looking for managerial skills which the PWC role avails, and L6 promo doesn’t seem to be happening soon in current role. I’m also mentally stretched. I hear WLB in PWC is just as busy but can anyone confirm if this move makes any sense. Google Amazon

Does not matter at all. Wish everyone would stop complying with the stupid rto policies.
Me too.
Keep it up! Fight RTO!!
I go like 2-3 days a week even though my office is like this too. I have great reviews and my hours are great. I sometimes get emails reminding me about the rule but until someone tells me I’m getting fired because of it, I’m gonna continue doing it. I think the best way is to make sure 1) your hours are consistently good and 2) when you’re in the office go to lunch with colleagues, pop by people’s offices, etc to make yourself seen and fosters that “in office” culture firms that are strict about this care about.

If you’re good, you can more or less do what you want. If you’re not doing a good job, you’ll be under a microscope. You’d probably know if you were in the latter camp unless you’re clueless.
I live in a different state from my office as a first year lol
