Just get in some type of movement— even if it’s just 20 min. Maybe not the full time you normally work out but you won’t have to skip it. Also, during busy weeks have some reliable go-to’s for meals that are quick and easy.

Getting vitamin D helps. Even if it’s just sitting outside drinking a coffee for 20 mins.
For me, I do not go into the office when I am absolutely slammed. Saves a lot of time getting ready and commuting. 10 hours a day sans weekends is not terrible if you’re just at home.
It’s annoying for those who really like having a strict routine, but I found that I’m able to squeeze in exercise if I don’t commit to having to do it at a specific time every day. That being said, I don’t go to the gym and just work out at home on my spin bike and my own equipment. But that makes it easier to just hop on my bike during a lull in the day when email traffic is slower.
