I’m an Account Supervisor with 9 years experience in both strategy and account (been playing a dual role my entire career). I’m now fully switching focus over to strategy and have the opportunity to negotiate title & salary. Any advice/recommendations from someone that’s made a similar jump? Making the move because it’s what my agency needs (and what I want) but I’m doing so at a time when Im very close to being promoted from Account Sup > Account Director. What’s a comparable strategy title?

I’d say it’s probably Account Sup = Sr. Strategist, and Account Director = Strategy Director or Associate Director. Not super familiar with Strategy salaries, but for Account Director with 9 YoE, I’d say it should be about $150-175k.
