Lol shots fired

Is Nagarro good to join? I have a fully remote opportunity which I'm pretty sure I can crack. Is the pay and benefits good at Nagarro? Do they provide laptop and test devices or will I have to work on my laptop? Do they give medical insurance etc? What if the project gets over. Do they have enough projects or will I be asked to move to a different technology? Will I be fired if on bench? Nagarro

I got let go from a small mom and pop shop, it broke me, got a ton of rejections. 1 month later hired by McKinsey
Rising Star
I got let go about 4 years out of college from a F30 company. I was like a baby bird pushed from the nest. Worked out great. I flew ✈️
Been fired twice. Once by a firm helped co-found.
Turned out alright.
Was told to leave by my first job, small strategy shop. Couldn’t have worked out any better, they told me I wasn’t cut out for consulting. Made senior at Parthenon this year. Amazing what a chip on your shoulder can do.
Reminder: Simu Liu was fired from Deloitte
I was let go from a job in April because I saw the narcissistic/lying program manager for who she was and refused to deal with the BS. I was let go as I was updating my resume to leave and it was actually somewhat of a relief but I was afraid it would impact me getting hired. It did not, I was hired in less than 2 months by a world renown hospital (top 3). Increased salary by 45%. Fully remote. And I love my new team. Also, just got a text about 2 weeks ago that they fired said program manager. 🥱🥱 so it turned out great - it feels scary at first and you might even feel betrayed but better things are waiting for you!
I have a friend who was fired from my firm, but she matured a ton, found a good fit, had a lot of personal and professional growth and is now a senior manager at a national firm. I am super happy for her. She is also a lot braver than I am.

I knew. I wanted to get let go to claim unemployment. What I wasn't expecting was for the manager to go all out on me and make it personal. Other than that, I got over not working there after a few days.
It’s definitely an uncomfortable feeling but these things are so often a blessing in disguise, don’t sweat it too hard.
Got let go from a former friend’s firm. That they aggressively recruited me to, and then they started to not be in a position to pay my salary. That one was fun.
Laid off in 2009 during the recession one year out of undergrad. Took a low paying contract job and worked until I found something better. I think I’ve bounced back but I’m still humbled by the experience and live below my means knowing that my job could be cut at any time.
This is the truest words. I live my life every day feeling like tomorrow I can be cut, and that it would take me a while to find a new job. I can’t shake it
Got fired from a law firm when I did accounting. I just didn’t really fit in with them.
After a year, they gave me a COL raise but then rescinded it, because I had just come off a PIP and was not performing as well as they wanted. Still doing better than before the PIP, just not as well as while I was on it, or something.
Anyway I slacked super hard for five months before they fired me. My unemployment got denied at first, in 2019. But I got it in 2020 thanks to the pandemic while I was in grad school.
An eye for an eye. They took a 3% raise from me and came several thousand more out of pocket for it.
