I’m due for a raise and bonus in early June at my current firm (Deloitte). I’m currently pursuing new roles though, and would have to find a job that starts in May, and end up giving up my Deloitte bonus. Can i use this in salary negotiations in order to make sure i don’t lose out on my bonus, and don’t lose out on a good role?

Is investment accounting a good career path? Looking for any insight to the role, career progression, exit ops, etc. I got the opportunity to work at a very well known wealth asset management company as an investment accountant. I do enjoy finance as well. Pay is very good so I’m wondering if I should take the opportunity?

I started in my first SDR position in a small SaaS start up few months ago. I am the only SDR and their first ever.
The base salary is ok but I haven’t received any commission structure up to this day.
I book an average of 3-5 demos per week. People always show up, but the thing that worries me is that I do not have a way to track how many meetings I book in our CRM,and to be honest I feel like I didn’t get the best training overall. Should I start looking somewhere else? Thoughts?

I'm a brand new attorney (passed the Feb 2021 bar) who started an in-house counsel position a few months ago (where my focus is negotiating agreements for the sale of my company's software).
