Anyone with recent experience recruiting for Boston Consulting Group? Got in touch with a recruiter through referral, was directed to submit an application and already finished my pymetrics. Anyone know when I would be able to hear back and what the hiring timeline looks like? Recruiter suggested to get back in a few weeks but isn’t it too slow? McKinsey sent me an invite for 1st interview in a few days after they received my referral.

Talk to your current clients about your availability. Let them know that you're taking on new patients, but that you may not be able to see them as often as you'd like. This will help them understand why their appointments are changing and give them some warning about what to expect.
Limit the number of new patients you take on at once, so you can give each one the individual attention they deserve and don't overwork your way into burnout
I have been in the same position before, and it is not an easy place to be. Set specific days/hours that you are available for new clients. This will help you to manage your time more effectively and avoid taking on too much work, and refer potential clients to other vets in your area. This can be difficult, but it may be necessary to protect your well-being.
Hey, sorry you're going through this. But you have to remember that if you burn out, suddenly none of the animals under your care will have a vet. Pace yourself, hire more help if you can, and don't forget self care.
