I’m feeling pretty down right now. I’m an analyst and finally got an offer to hop on a project in the area I’m looking to break in to. However the offer was taken back because they want “diverse women” on the project (because the project is mostly men). I’m a white male, understand their POV, and am an advocate for DEI. However, I’m feeling like I earned this role and it’s being taken away because of who I am. Is this something I shouldn’t be feeling and why?

I’m around 21 weeks and have been dealing with a lot of leg, tailbone, back, and general muscle pain. Okay, so I have pretty bad cystic acne, clogged pores and enlarged pores. I’ve been using curology and a mild dermatologist recommended soap.
