Finally found THE one, after over a year of searching and trying out at least 5 different ones!
A nice comfortable office chair.
https://ergochair.co/collections/chairs/products/ergonomics-mesh-chair-w-adjustable-headrest-and-armrest?variant=32511617597491
My criteria: mesh seat and back, arms, headrest
I tried cheap ones from Amazon. Expensive, second hand gaming chairs. Tried HM Aeron (second hand) and while I didn't like the bulk and the general design, I was sold on the mesh seating. I wanted to get the ErgoChair 2 from autonomous, but it doesn't have mesh seat.
AMA.

Good luck!! Let us know how it goes.
OP just brace yourself for the worst. The same thing happened to me, I got a random meeting put on my calendar by a director with nothing in the email. Then I was separated from the firm. If you haven't already started looking for other opportunities, I would do so now.
I got separated from the firm for having low utilization and a 4. I would just be prepared for the separation and start looking for other opportunities now
Sounds like they are attempting to document reason for removal. D10 could be right too, but this is still the first step in getting exited.

I agree. I also struggle with deadlines. Did you feel like the deadline was unreasonable?
It does happen..I was happily staffed but still penalized for low utilization(65%) in prior year which was my first year with the firm
OP - Industry is full of people who have seen situations like yours, concluded that they were opportunities, and exceeded as a result. I'm with D3 - if this actually goes south, info about your background will help us make the right referrals.
Update, I got a "performance discussion" meeting with our office partner tomorrow put on my calendar with no background
@p and @op- I asked for a roll off from a project which I had to wait almost 2 months to start. I spoke to my partner, documented my reasons and it led to a talent inquiry against the leadership of the project. Make sure you open up and explain all your concerns . This could be a chance to reshape your career path in a good way. Wish you luck
As promised, my new puppy

Why were you so late?
You won't get fired unless you have 4s/5s or a colossal fuck up. At most then you get put on official probation
Why would you assume that the SC "threatened" OP, EY1? Was never specified, and everyone knows that all a supervising SC can do is report the analyst's performance issues to their SM. That's what I've done.
D7 did you get laid off?
@OP if you think you want to do consulting for a while then don't give up. You're a consultant , it's peoples job to help you develop skills. Try to get aligned to a new group of people.
@D11 - was this recent and you were on a project?
I'm not trolling. I did get laid off. I had poor utilization last year so I was penalized for it. I'm in industry now.
@D9 yes this was recent; and no I wasn't
Got laid off for low utilization ! Consultant world ... Joining another big 4
