Hi everyone, I am 4.9 years experienced , I joined Fractal 3 months ago as a data engineer, but still haven't got any project. Process is so slow that I have received only 4 to 5 project calls. I switched in hopes that will learn the new tech and tools. But now i am starting to forget even the one i knew. Should i go for change or wait a little more time as fractal is reputed in AI/ML? I have interview lined up with Impetus as for now. Would it be better choice?

This happens at all levels. Companies bend backwards for new talent while short changing the current talent. Lesson learned. Negotiate high on the next position expecting to not grow from there without being promoted.

That's a good way to plan it thanks
You're only option is to switch companies. I'm in the same boat myself. I had to learn the hard way. The company will short change you no matter what. They value more what they don't already have, which we all do.

I did think this would be the case, annoying but understandable that it's better salary wise to just jump around!
