I’m interviewing at Intuit and am in the final stage for a senior level sales position. My final interview is scheduled 3 weeks out from the second interview and their reasoning is that all the managers are booked due to a reorg.

I’ve never had an interview booked that far out, especially a final interview. Has anyone experienced this before and should I be worried?

FYI - in my previous interview they had said my manager hadn’t event been hired yet.

Switching team internally competing with external candidates. was asking a promotion for next grade midpoint but was ok to accept >=50% hike which i told hiring manager before the process start itself which he said will consider if I'm the one selected.

I’ve been approached my by company that one of our large clients (who im currently project managing for) is looking for a consultant of sorts, and if they hire us, I’d be the first person asked to take on this consultant role. This isn’t something my company typically offers and would greatly change the scope of my role. Has anyone ever taken on a role like this? I had a job interview for a role that I really want. The hiring manager scheduled me for an interview and did not show up. Emailed me an hour later stating that he got super busy and couldn’t attend, and would like to reschedule.
