What’s the best way to turn down a 2nd interview? During the 1st interview, I learned that the compensation for the role is not within the range that I am looking for and requires 400 more billable hours a year than what I bill now. Wear many hats in UX, for 7 separate digital products
Flows/Logical solutions for the business
Manage entire design system for the 7 products

Provide spec work for dev teams for each product
Random graphic design requests
Lead a team of 3 designers

Last week I got automated call from infosys and asked few details . After that I got call from hr and said my interview is scheduled on next week and very next day one person called me and asked few technical questions .she said she's calling from infosys and this is technical screening round . Today same hr called and said she will be scheduling a client interview.

My doubt is till now I didn't received any mail from infosys. So this is scam or part of infosys interview process?

They told me to focus on contract management, which I have been doing for the past year.
