I’m looking for recommendations for a personal trainer in the East Boston area. I live in an apartment complex that has its own gym, so I’d like to find someone who can meet me here for training sessions.

I’m specifically looking to focus on strength training. If you’ve worked with a trainer in the area or know of someone great, I’d love to hear your suggestions!

Does Next Gen issue a formal report for PGS testing results? I had my embryos tested and my clinic just told me which were normal and abnormal. No other info on embryos ratings, etc. they could have not even sent it in for all I know!
Also, how involved are you REs? I’ve been through 2 retrievals now, but feel kinda in the dark still on a lot of things. Some of the nurses are hit or miss and if I want to talk to my doctor I have to schedule a consultation and its typically a 2 week wait.

I have a Q that I worry is going to make me sound like a jerk, but want some opinions. I do strength training 2x/wk with a trainer who was assigned to me at a gym where I bought a pack of sessions. I don’t really consider myself “his” client bc the relationship is managed by the gym… but lately he keeps saying like “I can’t wait to see what my clients give me for Christmas” and I find it super awkward. For those of you who had miscarriages after IVF, was there an underlying cause? Did you do genetic testing of your embryos? Did you do frozen or fresh transfer? Are there any ways to minimise chances of miscarriage during ivf?

I went to a masseur in LV last week and this massage turned sensual. He texts me today saying he’s HIV + undetectable and he tested positive for gonorrhea yesterday. This was my first such massage experience and I feel my world has fallen apart. Our genitals touched and kisses. I am pregnant and don’t feel pregnant most of the time. I’m only 6 weeks so have to wait awhile before any visual confirmation. And then you worry about all the ones after that before 24 weeks or so.
