I have 80 days for my LWD. I have completed the Digiverification and yet to start preonboarding process. I have been receiving quite some mails to complete the process. I'm in dilemma whether to complete or not as I'm giving few more interviews now.
Can anyone suggest by when we have to finish the preonboarding process.

Just be upfront. Be honest. But emphasize that it was a restructuring, a business decision that caused you to lose your job. Then quickly pivot and focus on your value/accomplishments. Any company is going to understand a business restructure.
If it’s going to come up anyway, I would consider getting in front of the layoff talks. Keep it brief, professional, and I wouldn’t be hugely concerned if you were approached before that.
You should probably bring it up. If you don't, it will become known at some point and you'll look deceptive. I get that people feel like being laid off may tarnish their value. But you're still the same person you were when they were very keen on you. So just be upfront about it and proceed with confidence.
If you’re getting severance you’re employed until your severance runs out (assuming you lose your severance if you get another job). I wouldn’t mention it at all.
Yes!
If interested in BDO, would love to connect and discuss opportunities.
I wouldn’t mention it. It will deter your chances of getting hired.
I don’t think it will be a problem to bring up a layoff that will happen.
Don’t make it a big deal, explain that you needed a break after a hard tax season and you’re ready to go again. Your end date of employment will hit in April/May and it will make sense to a recruiter, background checks don’t say ‘layoff’. Don’t lie if specifically asked, but don’t provide it unprompted. Honestly, a SM can also say there wasn’t a great business need for an MD in the near future and that is 10x more believable than RIF.
