Hello, I have an offer from Publicis Sapient for their product management internship program. Wondering if anyone has any insight into the program (exits, etc) and how the return offer looks like in terms of salary. I still also hold an interest in data science so might go with another offer but I’m not sure if it is a wise choice to let go of a PM offer while I have it.

I find afternoons are the best time if you have flexibility with your job as the gym is not crowded so you don't have to wait for equipment.
Rising Star
First thing in the morning or there is a risk it won't happen. 5:30am. I also find I can lift heavier first thing in the morning vs afternoon.
Evenings for me
Morning is good for WLB imo bc you don't need to be as worried about finishing work at a certain hour. If you wfh in an apartment with a gym or work near a gym, lunch break workouts can be great and get you in a good headspace for the second half of the work day. You will want to meal prep though to be ready to eat as soon as workout is over and get back to work.

Early afternoons
5:30pm, right after work.
Our building has a gym so I just go there right after work. Makes it harder to skip as well.

For me it’s the morning right when I wake up starting between 5:30am-6am. Helps that I have a good gym setup in my garage though
