I can’t offer advice, but I can offer validation: I see you. I’m here with you. I hope we will both be okay.

I think we all have that fear, leaving a situation that is comfortable for the great unknown. You are definitely not alone with that feeling and it’s totally valid. Whichever path you choose just remember that you got this. ❤️
Now here is where i will be stern with you because i used to be like you. Try to give less, be a little selfish with your time, and set boundaries and stick to them. The last two years have pushed people to be on-call 24/7 since we’re home. If you’re in the office or hybrid that’s an even bigger reason to set boundaries. I know you’re client facing but it’s OK to not be at the clients beck and call 24/7. It’s OK to not respond to texts, teams, or emails after a certain time. It’s OK to ignore your phone on the weekends. Burnout is real and stress impacts our bodies in so many ways so i hope you’ll be kind to your body and mind and try to find ways to let thoughts and feelings go that no longer serve you.
Sending you lots of good energy and a virtual hug. Take good care of yourself :-)
It's time to give back to yourself and look for something new! You seem like a genuinely hard worker and no one should be taking advantage of that. Hope you find something that honors and respects your efforts!
My advice is that the people who have given you so much should also want the best for you. This job no longer sounds right for you, and you aren't betraying anyone by leaving. As selfish as it sounds, your life is the only one you get to live.
Speak up, be honest, vulnerable. The empathy may be worth it.
Couldn't agree with this more. I have been in your shoes. It is so much better to be open and honest.
