What happened to the PwC cyber bowl?
Ex-IBMers with 7B - what was your designation on your relieving/experience letter? And can this be updated? This never mattered while on IBM, but since I'm serving NP it concerns me. The automated separation email says it can be updated prior 5 days to LWD but my manager denies that no such action is possible now.pls suggest IBM Infosys Accenture

Also, take what salary figures you hear from current Accenture people with a grain of salt. It’s a sad truth that homegrown consultants will always make less than those being hired in. Learned that the hard way!

More like, you should set the expectation min 200k. That’s for MC. For strategy, I’d push a bit higher.
Strat is what it is mostly still.
Yeah . . . No. The minimum is absolutely not $200k.
As a credential I cite the fact that I'm actually a Senior Manager at Accenture and know what I and my peers make.
Sorry Senior Manager 1, ACN has been paying a lot for talent in Tech. I myself am an experienced hire (2020) at Associate Manager making $170K and I have an SM colleague who joined from our previous firm making $250K as an SM. Both of us are in Tier 2 cities. You may be in denial.
Minimum for strategy manager starts at $160k then goes to $180k (saw figures myself). Don’t imagine $200k is unreasonable, especially since you’re being hired in. Would aim for above $200k
No way. I call BS. We have a broad range salary structure and 20k is not a broad range for a career level at Accenture. Manager ranges went above 200k quite some times ago.
If strategy, SM1 starts at 212.5k barring an upward adjustment this year (prior year was 217.5). For Consulting, I would think first year SM is no lower than 180k, tech maybe 165k at low end. Anything other than strategy is just a guess on my part though
^ Nope. Came in as an experienced SM.
Rising Star
A large majority of SMs got a 0% raise last year ... YRMV, but expecting > $200k in Tier 2 is unrealistic unless Strat.
You in tier 1 or 2 city? Are you receiving any months at level?
Strategy or technology or consulting? I mean, I would guess around $190k unless there are extenuating factors (e.g. you're CD&O or you're highly specialized)

Received an offer for a remote CL6 level tech role at ACCENTURE Federal, the base is 190k, in Midwest lcol city. Also interviewed for SM at Pwc, the recruiter said that Pwc number will be competitive.
