what is salary for senior 1 tax ny office?
Wanted to highlight Prudential Financial’s hiring practices. They rescinded my offer once I attempted to negotiate the salary. The official reason given was that I didn’t “sound excited enough”.
They then admittedly gave the offer to someone who was less qualified. There were other red flags throughout the job offer process that the HR team should overall be ashamed of.

If you have cash that you want to invest. Please consider Treasury Series I Savings Bond (Electronic). Interest is 7.12% right now. While it's not guaranteed that the 7.12% will remain until next year, it's still a good deal.
My SO and I just invested 20k (10k max per person even married).

I ask because I’m fine with either. There are lots of jobs that I’m interested in, but some are cash comp focused whereas others have an RSU component and I’m not sure which one has better value.
Cash today is better than cash tomorrow (RSU’s vest over four years typically). If you can afford to take on the risk, the upside with RSU’s are greater. If you need stable cash flow, prob not the best idea since with most tech jobs you’ll make a lower base (in mid/senior roles)
