In what context would calling someone a Hoe be acceptable?

I’ve accepted I suck at work. And I don’t know what people get from humiliating or criticizing you to the point you think you are worthless.

Are there any protections for an employer who has a server that received a very large tip? For example, what if the customer says they never meant to tip that large amount?

I am a new associate currently watching a named partner “quiet fire” but not so quiet a paralegal. He has been really nasty to her, demoralizing, degrading and any other word that fits. Hey all - 2 years in consulting so far as a fairly "type b" personality - relaxed, uncompetitive, enjoy socializing with my colleagues. To be clear, this is not the same as being lazy or irresponsible - I am diligent and do my work well.
