Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

I have been interviewed and selected for a role in EY UK. The status of my job application is “congratulations on receiving an offer from EY”.
However I have not received any email yet.
Can someone confirm which team sends the final offer coz the HR is saying that he has processed everything from his side.??EY

Holiday week. Give it at least today if not tomorrow before following up, and go thru the recruiter
Relax bro... holiday week and today is Monday. Give it until end of week
You got this💪🏼
If you haven’t heard anything by lunch tomorrow (1 week) be like hi hope you had a good thanksgiving weekend. I really enjoyed our conversation last week. Is there anything you need from me?
To the recruiter

I’d give it at least til Thursday. Probably Friday morning I’d reach out if you haven’t heard anything. But in reality, even though it feels like a week, it’s been 1 day. They presumably only worked through Wednesday last week
I’m on same boat, did they ask for your references yet? I provided my references and ask the company to contact once an oral offer is provided, and I haven’t heard back since Tuesday.
No, they have not asked for refs. They told me they were waiting on approval for the offer. I know I need to just be patient, but I also don't want to be to patient and appear like I don't want it.
Hollie day week. This is not public accounting. We are barely back today.
