Sleeping in a well made bed is the best feeling
soo my sleep schedule is effed up, i keep trying to wake up early-ish (7am) but i’m lacking motivation and i wake up tired 😴
i stumbled upon this article that talked about this book. we always hear about the “secret” of strong leaders is that they wake up early. has anyone read this/tried it out?

For hiring recruited straight out of school, there’s a program we have where we keep track of candidates who we believe are strong but didn’t perform well enough during that interview to advance at this time, where we encourage them to reapply and stay in touch with them. Candidates are informed upon rejection that they’re in this program if interested
Sounds like this might be sth similar but from an experienced hire slant - we literally refer to it as keeping in touch. For typical rejections we wouldn’t recommend reapplying as soon as one year, instead it’d be more like you could try reapplying whenever you feel there’s been significant change/growth

I interviewed at both McKinsey and ZS and ultimately ended up with a ZS offer and identical feedback that you got from McKinsey after my final round. I interpreted it as “we don’t want you”, but maybe it wasn’t as strong as that? Regardless I think it was a blessing in disguise because ZS has been a great fit for me, and I really love it here!
I’d message the recruiter and set up a touch point, couldn’t hurt
Happened to me as well. They encouraged me to apply in another 12-18 months - and to keep in touch. I felt it was just a kind way to say no haha - so just took it as any normal rejection
As M1 mentioned, this is a post-interview status not offer to everyone. It means that throughout the process we saw potential, but think that an additional year of experience will set you up for success to knock the next round of interviews out of the park!
Interesting - does this basically just mean “learn to interview better” then?
Think about this, if you don’t behaviorally fit now, will you change enough to fit later? Probably not. Interview somewhere else.

What? I can't imagine but i think a rejection would be more satisfying than a consider in a year feedback.
