Interviewing at a smaller agency. My title is strategist (been here 2 years, promoted once), but at small agency my experience puts me in the associate strategist level. Does this look bad on paper?

A client I worked with is killing to have me come lead their Strategy team. I’m super-comfortable where I am and on a great trajectory. However, the guy has told me they are willing to “give me a sit at the table” if I’m interested in joining them. It’s a Public company, and I have been cracking my head trying to decipher what that statement could mean? Any ideas? Also, are there specific asks I can make to ensure the move is more attractive for me?
