Working Moms/Dads: Do in-house positions exist with flex time hours? I need to be able to leave work at 4pm to pick up my son from daycare, but i can get back online at home to resume any unfinished work at 8pm. Or should i just try to find a job with a salary that covers a nanny salary and accept that i will never see my son on weekdays (which would be sad for both of us)? TIA!

I feel like I was straight up lied to during the interview process. “lots of opportunities to hit quota”. I’m sitting here with only one demo two months after joining the company. it looks like our team has only two people doing demos, and demos are only happening once every two weeks. At this rate, I don’t think I’ll be even close to hitting OTE. Are there any other companies hiring right now? I’ll have a discussion about my concerns with my manager soon, but there’s too many red flags here.

How much time it takes to get call for HR round after having managerial round of UBS ?

I quit my previous job approximately 5-6 months ago due to toxic culture and being pressured to commit fraud… I fear hiring managers see that I’ve been out of work for this time and may assume I was fired or laid off. Got a job offer from Standard Chartered Bank recently. Went through 4 rounds of interview and got an email saying I’ve been selected but they said it’ll take about 2 weeks to come out with even just a verbal offer? Is this common across banks in Singapore or are they just stringing me along?
