I applied in Bosch India through there website, the application says in progress since two weeks should I assume I will not hear from them . Or should I reach out to them . Does it takes this much time to get a reply

HR is scheduling the interviews without checking time with me. One interview was scheduled and then it was rescheduled to a different time at last minute. I wasn't available at that time so I mailed the HR for a different slot. They again scheduled it for a later date without checking the time with me.

I’m doing second round interviews with Deloitte but also interviewing with three other companies. If I get an offer from Deloitte, how long can I put off making a decision in order to finish the interview process with the other companies? Is this generally frowned upon?

Should all the on-site interviews have a feedback of "hire/ strong hire" in order to proceed to HC?

UPDATE (RE: SoCal Assistant Controller Interview)

So after two weeks of waiting (and giving up on the idea of getting the job really), the recruiter got back to me.

They said due to month-end and quarter-end close they were busy and couldn’t get back to me as quickly for a “good update”.

The recruiter said the CFO enjoyed our call, she, the CFO, will call me next week directly to “discuss some final things”.

Not sure if Im hired or not, but are there any questions about the job, comp (cont.)

Been in the strat game for over a decade; I’ve realized that a strong department with clear process that is built on end to end problem solving (with time to think) is when I’m happiest vs this award show / case study grind. At a dead end and don't know what to do besides stop! I've been job searching everyday, some days several hours for 8 months straight. I have about 100 different resumes that I've edited for different type of positions. I've got nothing but denials, recruiter screenings, 2 interviews and ghosted.
