(Working in .NET and have exp in industrial software and healthcare) Pls note that the answer matters to me because I gave up MBA offers from Tier-2 colleges bcoz of this (like SCMHRD, IMI Delhi, TAPMI) ! Also pls note that I started in Wipro as a college recruit with a package around 3 LPA 🤭

I cleared all my rounds of interview in JPMC, had salary discussion with HR 2 weeks back. After which i was asked to apply the job on candidate portal and submit additional information.

Its almost 2 weeks and i haven't heard back anything from them. My status in portal shows "You are moving to the final steps in the process". This status has not changed since last 2 weeks.

Last tech + managerial round was on 10th Nov. Got HR call on 17th Nov. Told my expected package and she didn't seem to have any issue. On 22nd Nov, got a call from the consultant at taggd who has been arranging all my interviews. Told my expected CTC and she seemed a bit surprised but didn't negotiate and asked if I have any other offers? I asked when can I expected the OL, she said within a week but didn't take any documents. Can I expect the OL?

Any nurses here not have hospital experience? I work as a community nurse and have previous experience in an assisted living and clinic. I don’t have much interest in going to the hospital. Been a nurse for about 9 years. Started out as LPN and now I have small children and enjoy my flexibility. Any regrets for those that never did the hospital ?

As of late, my work related anxiety has reached new levels and it’s really starting to affect me mentally. I’m part of a great team; I’m trusted and supported, have a great track record, there are no issues, and have been no incidents. Regardless, my professional self perception and confidence is so rattled as of late, it’s almost like a paralysis at times. I need help, my manager is asking me to come to office and saying if I don't come then there would be consequences. I have already resigned and my last working day is in mid Dec (60 days of notice already served).

I told him I can't relocate because of family and financial constraints (because my father is not well) and that's the reason I have resigned.

He has asked me to drop a mail stating the reason of not coming to office.
