And what kind of questions will be asked..And i already told them that I'm expecting a 100% hike which is 7 lakhs/Annum. Was that too much? Any help would be appreciated ThanksEXL Service

Yes, even depending on the city this feels low! Best of luck getting the pay you deserve!
I would agree this seems low.
Yes. I make 95k as an SAE with the same credentials
Geez, 95k as a base?
Your degree means nothing to the discussion, sorry to say since you spent a bunch for it.
But yes, that’s on the low end even in cheaper markets like Kansas City, where I live. Have you gotten raises consistently the past 3 years?
No need to be sorry. Didn’t cost me more than a new car thanks to scholarships & I’ve definitely seen benefits of having it (despite only having it a couple months). I’d do it again & encourage anyone to get more education it makes sense. The reality is, it does make a significant difference. Though I do appreciate your input.
I just started at a new job after leaving my first e-commerce account management job. CEO was dishonest & wanted me to run his company at entry level so I moved.
How I see is the degree itself doesn’t matter so much, what matters is you’re constantly learning. That constant effort to learn makes the difference with performance.
I appreciate that. I can see what you mean, It can be easy to get carried away with numbers and forget other important points. Thank you.
