When is the good time to tell the company that I am 3 months pregnant. My date of joining is 18th of July. I understand by law I need to finish 80days with the company before I avail maternity benefits which I can easily do in next 3 months.
I want to understand if women who go on maternity leave during probation are treated differently or if there will be discrimination once I let them know about my situation. Wipro Accenture Allstate Quantiphi analytics pvt ltd.

Unlimited PTO = you have to beg for Vacation because it’s no longer entitled to you anymore
That’s the exact mentality they are getting rid of. What’s the number to report this to the ey mentality police?
I think if they just gave people the option to receive paid out PTO it would have been a softer blow
There is absolutely no upside for us, non PPEDs, from this change.
ED's (MD's) don't benefit either....most are making plans for taking off December to avoid the loss of time
I’m happy that I’m leaving in 2 weeks lol
Since COVID cancelled everyone’s travel plans a lot of people have excess PTO accrued, and I’d expect that trend to continue through 2021. I’d imagine EY had wanted to do this for awhile, but this year seems like the biggest bang for their buck to actually do it
It also feels like the firm is getting ahead of paying out any PTO next year when they go no raises again, and more people quit/are ‘involuntarily separated’
Guys I rejected an offer a week ago. Sigh. What did I do to mhself
Call back. Beg once for mercy. Better than begging every time you need some time off from work.
No
Are you guys going to Unlimited PTO?
We also get the remainder paid out at separation SA1. So we’re not losing our accrued time, which is good
Yes. Pay out what was earned/presented as part of my compensation then start with this new way ahead.
