Is anyone else doing rounds and rounds of interviews at places, including the job shadows, only to be rejected two weeks later?

Been in the job hunt for MONTHS. In the iob shadows these places seem to be OVER staffed, and yet, the rejection letters all say the same “we selected someone else” (which I only get after I contact them to inquire about my status). And then the job posting is, not only still posted, but renewed….

Crushed my final two interviews today. I will hear back sometime next week for a verbal offer for a Tech Solutions Consultant on the xWS team. Leaning towards an L4 but maybe they give L5 if the interview feedback was as good as I thought it went. Any thoughts on how I should negotiate base and equity? Maybe ask for sign on too?

Has anyone left healthcare and is now really happy? I’m an MSN, RN with 12 years hospital experience. I’m burned out and tired of making crap pay. So I had been working as medical interpreter up to the early part of this year. Today, during an interview, the Director with whom I was interviewing genuinely urged me to consider pursuing a career as a PA or even attempt to go to medical school. I had considered it in passing before but today was about the third or fourth time that someone had earnestly nudged me in that direction. Has anyone here made such a career pivot before?
