Hello Folks,
My LWD with current organization is on 30-Sep-2022.
I have an offer with HCl and joining date is on 3-oct-2022.
I have cleared the TCS technical and managerial round and got an email to upload the documents to proceed further with HR discussion, an I have done it yesterday.
But my priority is to go with TCS, but the doubt is will TCS provide offer or joining letter before 30-Sep-2022, because only 6 days left to complete my LWD.
Any suggestions to handle this.

I have applied to several positions up Google. I have not heard anything back at all. No matter if I customize my résumé to the job description I still don’t hear anything back. I am wondering as to why Google ghost people instead of just telling them that they didn’t get the job? Do people on Google believe it is appropriate for the recruiters just a ghost people especially if they feel they don’t match the job?

Totally. I've been out of work 3 months and I'm doing everything I can to keep applying but it is taking the life out of me. finding a job is like a job in an of itself right now, without any pay!!
Nope. I’ve found over 6 jobs this month that have offered me a position. Update your resume?
Would you mind looking at my resume to see why I keep getting rejected from positions? I personalize my resume for each job
Applying is not the issue- that’s easy. Getting any type of feedback unless you have an “in” /connection, is damn near impossible.
I've sent 65 resumes, have done hours of assessments and received 1 interview. This ATS scanning is making companies pass on a lot of talent
I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one going through this struggle. I've only received 1 interview this month and they told me the position wasn't even official yet.
Yep. Wait until you get an interview and they find someone more desperate.
It’s a disaster out there in software, but I’m comforted to hear you’re seeing trouble in trucking supply: that’s a bad sign of times to come for ALL salespeople who aren’t in the enterprise space.
I left the industry and became self employed after my previous employer underpaid top performance and then fought my unemployment claim.
It almost seems impossible to even get a call back at any point, and I'm in the service industry. You would think it would be at least a tiny bit simpler, but something hslas majorly changed.
This might help you to prepare and apply for jobs.

It varies how places hire. I might have a job soon and only been out of work for a few months due to a move. One place did it all through email. I didn't get it it though. I'm not used to that at all. I had some phone interviews too but since covid19 the process has changed a lot.
The applying is the easy part buddy. Everyone can do that. It's the getting of jobs you may have a problem.
