From my understanding this is non-client facing and focuses on helping with diagnostics for client facing project teams and sales pursuits. Can anyone provide more details? Also how does the salary and wlb in this group compare to a generalist at the consultant level?

For the interview of etl developer, what kind of questions can i expect at oracle

I am working on a project to built OKR and KPI software for performance prediction. The tool that helps companies track KPIs and predicts business performance using these KPIs. This does two things for the business 1) creates visibility around performance individuals, departments and business as a whole and 2) enables businesses to predict outcomes for the next month, quarter etc.

I am a sixth-year associate overseeing a second year. They are an exceptionally good associate. I am honestly shocked at the work product I receive and the way they go above and beyond. The issue I have is that they sometimes take awhile to turn things around. For example, I ask for a draft response to the client, and they take three-four days. I know they’re busy, but I would like to address this in a positive way. Any suggestions?

I’ve worked at places that all have different holiday policies. EA has at minimum a nice 10 day shutdown from Christmas Eve through New Years. It’s great to know that there will be no slack messages or an exploded inbox to come back to while away. I’ve been at other studios that only give you Christmas Eve & Day and New Years Eve & Day and then the rest is up to you to request for PTO and this is obviously the suck.
