Hello Guys,
I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

My last firm I was given a 3% raise but the associate who was same year as me but no legal background received 13% raise. I billed more too. The only difference was that he was a male and I’m a female. I didn’t fight it. I just left.
How were you able to obtain the amount of the other associate's raise?
It is tough to say without more information about how you're producing and what you're paid now. I recently learned that I am drastically underpaid (based on market rates and other factors), and am planning on asking for a 20% or more raise. And if I don't get it, then I'm leaving my firm.
Are you adding 15% more value? Can the business generate 15%+margin more off you Billings?
Check out what Chris Voss suggests about asking for raises. There might be a better way to go about it than asking for 15% more money.
While I respect the advice of those here, i think it’s wrong. Ask for what is market and what you can get, just be willing to lose the job. The idea that you need a percentage for percentage revenue increases to substantiate the raise is not accurate, it’s an excuse. The 15% increase is likely worth not losing you, unless you can be replaced inside a week. That’s likely less than the opportunity cost lost during a replacement period. But, as you can see, lawyers are terrible at negotiating for themselves and at business and there’s all sorts of ego nonsense involved too.
I have an old friend who is in sales and he had a good saying: If you’re not embarrassed by your ask, it’s not high enough.
I get it OP and I agree. I’ve left many jobs in my career. Gotta do what you gotta do
My billing requirement is 160 but I bill between 180-200 a month.
I’m in the top five of highest billed for last year in my firm out 16 attys. Does that help?
Yes! There may be specific data points, or metrics, or context about your performance that mitigate the cost of your ask. This one says a lot
Yes. Unless you can substantiate it with your revenue production, as others have said
