@BC what do you think about SHOP puts?
I have joined Infosys 2 weeks back. They have mapped me to a certain project but everyday I am getting calls for the skill sets that don't match to my current skill set. They are telling me to attend client interview and giving me just 1 week of time to prepare for a totally new technology.
Does this commonly happen in Infosys? Infosys

Sorry I read your message wrong. You forget that EYP has a strategy practice that works with M&A. It’s T2.

EYP is T2. Also PwC DDV does NOT pay folks at 2YOE $135K… or 3YOE at $170k…
D1 calm down ! Read my post first.

Salary compression is done, they fixed the issue with non MBA consultants making less than MBA colleagues. Rumors of big bonuses coming but who knows - EY likes to rain on parades

EYP does not do the same work as DDV.
Either PWC DDV is underpaid then or we are better 🤷🏻♂️
Big bonuses just for this year or you guys are increasing your bonus bands ?
P1 care to explain ? I’m talking about the legacy OTS group
The legacy OTS group definitely does a lot of pmo work (carve out/pmo) so there’s probably a lot of overlap with what ddv probably does. I’m not super familiar with the types of projects ddv sells but I would imagine it’s the same type of work. To p1’s point, there’s a lot of stuff going on and not all of the projects in tse are these pmo heavy projects. I’ve been here for 24 months and I have not yet been on a pmo project nor a transaction but my experience is probably the exception and not the norm
