I got offer in Bangalore FIS and my husband got an offer with one big company in Hyderabad. Both companies are currently WFH only but in future, I might have to consider moving to Hyderabad. Fis doesn't have office in Hyderabad so I was wondering if I can ask permanent WFH later. I guess I will be put in fis payment solution.

After uploading documents in Bosch First Services one week ago, there was no update from them, when I replied to them via mail - They said we will get back to you.Is this sign of getting compensation breakup or they looking for other candidates.I have offer from CGI and only 3 days is remaining to accept.What should I do in this case?As CGI has said if you don't join after accepting offer we will blacklist you.
I recently joined TCS but I was moved into very different project which was told during hiring. Also they told me for joining incentive but later after 65 days of joining they didn't give saying your business aproval got rejected. I really want to be with TCS but due to project dissatisfaction, I am looking for different job. I am not sure if I can leave the organisation soo soon(4 months) and it should not effect my carrier.

All depends on current CTC. If it is high then move to product based else you won't find WLB in MNC's
All indian service base MNC are worst. From culture to pay.
Their salary structures are also worst.
Infosys do not have sick leave policy. Micromanagement . No facility for employee.
Join product based or captive like optum, citi and barclays. Avoid service based company

Wlb - similar though most projects are better in tcs
I started with wipro worked ther 4 years. Then joined infosys did not like left in 6 month, then joined ibm worked 1.5 years then join uhg workes 4 month and then joined barclays and currently woring in barclays with 30lpa and no work pressure like billablity etc.
As soon as i joined optum i felt difference as there was no much pressure and no billablity pressure.

Both are same, Infosys never say no to clients. In TCS, you may work or not might get you through, Infosys take client escalation very seriously.

Have worked for both..facing a huge cultural shift in TCS. Culture wise infy is lot better than TCS.
About compensation: When I left Infy I was earning 5.6 in 3 years which would have been nearly 6.5 in 3.5 years(after hike and certification related pay).But in TCS,people earns max 4.5 LPA after 3 years(have my friends)
In infy my ex-teammates are going to Canada onsite one by one(5-8 years exp range).
In infy I used to slog my ass for 12-14 hours whereas tcs I don't have that much of work and most of the people works max 9 hours(not generalizing).So TCS is better in this aspect.
