Kind souls who successfully exited to Google,
Would you be kind enough to refer me to a role at Google!
Came across a role that's a good fit. Would ideally like to target it through a referral and not by applying through the career site.
Would also love to maybe take you for a meal or alike to thank you for it :) Google
I attended an interview and did assignment for Multimedia designer role 15 days ago fo BMC team at EY GDS, still not heard back, interview was positive and assignment is also good. HR's don't reply to email and don't pick calls, should I keep hope or forgot it? I'm just asking for feedback because I have put 6 hours hard work in to assignment.

Best thing I can tell you is THEY NEED YOU .. You are there to help them. Feel important as well, you can get in your own head as well as be your own delusion to succeed. Lastly, allow your skills to be the foundation of your confidence. Act like the jobs is yours if that helps.
You’re hired ‼️☝🏿🤓

Just relax and make sure your answers are good and let them know you’re just a little anxious. I hired a gentleman that was nervous in the interview and he has turned out to be an amazing employee.
It’s VERY normal. It would be weird if you weren’t nervous (in my opinion.lol) just remember to show up 10-15 minutes early smile, introduce yourself “Hi I’m (say your name) “I’m here to interview for…” make eye contact. And ask questions “what will a typical shift look like for me?”
Ahaha i thought it was normal to be nervous too! But when i started to stutter (maybe once or twice) and playing with my fingers infront of me they asked me if i was okay.. and then it just thrown off the whole 2nd interview
Ta,ke what you've learned about questions asked in an interview and practice answering them with someone else acting as an interviewer for you. Take a deep breath and answer directly and succinctly and don't add to your answer to "fill in the gap" before the next question. You're there for a job and they have it. If you always go to an interview thinking you're not going to get hired, that attitude will sink you every time. You think you're the best candidate for the job? Go to the interview - at least you're getting one - with that attitude. If you don't have that kind of attitude, learn to develop one!
