Is it possible for “non-diverse” / white homeschooled kids to get into top academically rigorous private or public colleges? My wife and I are considering to homeschool our children (who are little), but aren’t thrilled with public schools and not sure we want to “keep up with the Jones” in affluent private Christian prep schools. Would love to hear your experience if so. Obviously athletic scholarships / entrance would be out of the question.

Background: MS in Statistics from tier-1 Institute, 3 YoE across Bank of America and UBS, based in India.

Is it possible without a) going for an MBA b) Starting from the bottom at Undergrad analyst level.
Would ideally target pre-MBA Associate level (one step short of post MBA level).

SPHR exam- has anyone ever been “randomly selected” for an application audit? This just happened to me and the sheer amount of effort that is going to go into collecting all the documents almost makes me not want to follow through. Since I didn’t finish undergrad, they’re asking for a copy of my high school diploma or transcript and that itself is going to be an absolute nightmare to get hold of.
